1.Where does Cloves ship?
Clove Ships to the following countries:
United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
Canada
United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

2.What are your processing / shipment timelines?
Once your order is placed, your items will be reserved in our system! Your order will go through two phases prior to delivery:
- Warehouse order processing / fulfillment – the time it takes our team to prepare your order for shipment.
- Package shipment – the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your order to you after it has been picked up from our warehouse
Order Processing / Fulfillment
Our warehouse business days are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST, excluding holidays.

Package Shipment
These estimates do not include processing / fulfillment time. Purchasing expedited shipping at checkout does not increase the speed of warehouse fulfillment. It only increases the speed of carrier transit and delivery.
Carrier business days depend on the shipping service selected. Most expedited shipping services do not operate on the weekends or holidays.
U.S + Puerto Rico
- Standard U.S. shipping: As soon as 3-5 business days in transit (not including warehouse processing time)
- Ground Shipping: As soon as 2-3 business days in transit (not including warehouse processing time)
- 2 Business Day shipping: 2 business days in transit (not including warehouse processing time). Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- 1 Business Day shipping: 1 business day in transit (not including warehouse processing time). Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
International
International (non- US) orders are expected to arrive within 8-14 business days from the time the carrier picks up your order.
3.How much does shipping cost?
U.S. Customers:
Clove is happy to offer free standard shipping on orders with a pre-tax total of $49 or more! The cost of shipping for orders less than $49 will be calculated at checkout once the shipping address is entered. All orders ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania!
The cost of upgraded or expedited shipping is based on the order shipping address and calculated at checkout. Please be aware that we cannot update or refund your UPS shipping method after checkout.
The cost of shipping is non-refundable, even if you return your order.
International Customers:
For our international customers, the shipping cost can vary depending on your location. Once you have entered your location on our checkout page, the shipping fee will be displayed with any custom and duty tax prior to finalizing your order. Due to your location, shipping fees vary.

4.How can I check my order status?
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you click on the “View your order” button, you will be redirected to a webpage with tracking information! Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email.
Furthermore, our team is always happy to look into your order status! Just send us an email at support@goclove.com with your order number.
5.Can I cancel or change my order?
Our warehouse team works diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! As such, we are unable to honor order changes or cancellations once they have been placed.
We are always happy to assist with returns on eligible orders within 30 days of delivery!
6.Can I edit my shipping address after checkout?
Once an order has been placed, we typically cannot edit the shipping address. This is because order information is sent over to our warehouse for fulfillment almost immediately after purchase.
If your shipping address is incorrect and you will not be able to receive your items, email our support team at vpprnoflen@iubridge.com as soon as possible. On occasion, we may be able to cancel your order before it ships to ensure that it is not lost or delivered to the wrong place. When we receive these reports, because we have a small window of time in which we can take action, please know that we will default to canceling your order for a refund if it is possible for us to do so.
If your order has shipped with UPS, you may be able to make changes to the delivery by creating a free UPS My Choice Account. There, you can choose to have the package rerouted, rescheduled for another delivery date, or elect to pick up your package at a nearby UPS location.

7.What is Cloves’s return and exchange policy?
Standard Return Policy:
US Customers
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are free of charge!
- We assess a $10USD return shipping fee for all returns, which is deducted from your refund. Please see the table below for additional details.
- Please be aware that any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable, regardless of whether you are returning or exchanging your items.
Cloves is not responsible for mis-delivered returns and can not refund for returns that are not received at our warehouse.
International Customers
International (non-United States) orders may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges on international orders. However, you may return eligible items and complete a new purchase.
For returns, we assess a return shipping fee (listed in the table below), which is deducted from your refund. Please be aware that any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable, even if you are returning your items.
Depending on your location and order details, taxes and duties may not be refundable. See the sections below for more information.
Cloves is not responsible for mis-delivered returns and can not refund for returns that are not received at our warehouse.
International Duties + Tax refunds
Canada
- Duties and taxes are not automatically refunded upon the return of your items
- As a Canadian customer, you are eligible to reclaim the Canadian import duties and sales tax (GST/PST) for your return through Canada’s Casual Refund Program.

- Orders valued below £135 (including the cost of shipping): VAT refunds are processed automatically upon successful order return
- Orders valued above £135 (including the cost of shipping): VAT is nonrefundable

Any potential fraud or abuse of this return and exchange policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns, at Cloves’s sole discretion.
